We recommend early booking to assure the availability of a guide. (We will accommodate late registration when possible.) To register, contact us and let us know the climb your intrested in. We will then send you all the required paperwork and trip information. We require a CC to hold all reservations. It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy.
We accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks payable to Pikes Peak Alpine School as well as money orders and funds transfers.
All participants are required to sign a “Voluntary release of liability form”, and fill out a complete medical form that includes pertinent medical information on the participant. If you withhold information, it endangers your safety should a rescue be needed. All forms must be signed by a “Legal Parent or Guardian”, no exceptions, as well all participants that sign all legal forms must be over the age of 18.
If you must cancel, for any reason, with 30 or more days notice you may cancel your dates for a full refund. With 30–14 days notice of cancellation prior to the start date of the trip we charge a $100.00 per person fee. With less than 14 days notice you are responsible for the entire fee, if fee has not been collected we will invoice you for the full amount.
*Please note: If you sign up for a trip and it’s less than a week before the trip commences, we require a 72 hour notice of cancellation, otherwise you are responsible for the complete cost of the trip.
If you must cancel, for any reason, with 60 days notice you may cancel your dates for a full refund. With 60–30 days notice of cancellation prior to the start date of the trip we charge a $100.00 per person administration fee. With less than 15 days notice you are responsible for the entire course fee. If, for any reason, Pikes Peak Alpine School must cancel a course, a full refund is made. PPAS retains the right to cancel programs due to inadequate registration, or not allow a person(s) to participation if it could compromise safety. Once a program has begun there will be no refunds.
If the date you’ve requested is not available and you are in town on vacation, we will put your name on our wait list or recommend you to another guide service.
Groups are welcome to register for any pre-scheduled courses; or we can custom design a program for your group’s needs. Special group rates may apply. We have accommodated groups of many types and sizes. It’s a specialty of our school to work directly with you to accommodate all your needs. We have accommodated groups as large as 300, and regularly take groups as low as 10, so no matter what size group you have, contact us to choose one of our great venues to climb in.

If for whatever reason were out if the office during the summer it means were probably guiding. We will try to reach you that evening or following day. Please leave a detailed message in the course or program your interested in, the dates your interested in and a good time to call you back.
